About our leadership company
Our company founder Jakob Bader completed an apprenticeship as a mechanic and later trained as a state-certified precision engineer. The Bader guide elements and positioning systems company was founded in 1985 as a result of many years of specialization in the field of linear processes and their components.
Today, the company has been run by son Jan Bader in the second generation since 2012 and serves German and international customers. We manufacture products according to the wishes of our customers and deliver them throughout Europe.
